Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Administer the new employee safety training programs.

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.

Promote a safety-first culture by providing guidance and coaching to site personnel.

Monitor employee safety practices and enforce safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety oversight or supervision.

Certification in OSHA 30-Hour General Safety.

Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
