2nd Shift: 2PM-11PM
Pay Range: $18-$22 (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
This position provides technical support, and service for the equipment and process within the manufacturing operation.
Performs general maintenance repairs, cleaning, sanitizing and set up of manufacturing, filling and packaging equipment within established standards.
The role will also require the individual to support the continuous improvement of the overall operation as well as root cause analysis and problem solving to ensure efficient manufacture and packaging of batches
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for efficient operation, corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment start up.
- Conducts quality inspections to verify all parts meet specifications and quality standards.
- Must meet and/or exceed established production, set-up and quality standards as defined.
- Communicate with Operator and Supervisor on all issues concerning quality, components and machine performance in a timely manner.
- Complete downtime log accurately.
- Assure that all labeling documentation; e.g. samples, waste is properly identified.
- Knowledgeable of all appropriate SOP’s.

- Min of 6 months Manufacturing Experience
- Use of hands 100% of the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend and stoop throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures Hot/Cold.
- Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Good organization and time management skills.
