JOB TITLE: Support Associate (Weave) PURPOSE: The senior operator (weaver) makes sure assigned weaving looms are running efficiently with minimal defects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Patrol assigned set of machines cleaning each machine, sweeping, doffing, hauling, threading pre-winders, and starting machines as required.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Housekeeping consisting of picking up dividers, RA filling and sweeping. Knowledge of weave room policies and procedures Operate power driven machinery to doff rolls of cloth and transport to the cloth room Haul pallets of filling by pushing pallet truck from storage to weave.

Working Conditions:
- Can work rotating shifts
- Work will be performed in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs. when performing specific job tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:
- 12 hour rotating shifts
- two weeks on days, two weeks on night
- Day shift 8am to 8pm. Night shift 8pm to 8am
