What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Team Member – Princeton, IN Day Shift position at ResourceMFG?
Local light assembly and warehouse location is looking for Warehouse Team Members to assist in their 1st shift operations. Responsibilities for these positions will vary slightly, but can include any and/or all of the following: light assembly, picking/packing, breakdown, and other misc. tasks as needed. Ideal candidates are punctual, easy to work with, dependable, and able to follow instructions well. This is a performance to hire role. Conversion to full time is an option and based on performance and need.
Hours: M-F 6:30am-3:15 (Some OT as needed)
Pay: $18.00/hr.

Job Requirements:
Applicants may be placed in either Light Assembly or Warehouse.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Able to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to operate various assembly tools
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Excellent work ethic and attendance
- HS Diploma/GED required.
Job Duties:
- This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and discipline.
- Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process.
- Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to maintain product as it moves through the production line.
- Breaking down inventory into smaller lots, sorting material, using a scan gun.
