Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows. This position will be full-time, Monday-Friday with a flexible schedule based on company needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be resourceful in problem-solving, and excel in handling a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities, ranging from office errands to coordinating business-related logistics. This position will require traveling between locations with paid milage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Mail pickup and drop off
- Handling business banking deposits as needed
- Various office errands, ensuring tasks are completed accurately in a timely manner
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Transporting ranch dogs to and from the vet
- Maintaining fleet vehicles (registrations, license renewals, scheduling maintenance and repairs)
- Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with the day-to-day issues along with events / problems that arise quickly
- M anage and write professional correspondence
- Manage emails, phone calls, and invitations with a wide range of business contacts in a professional manner
- Other job duties as assigned

The work environment is one of professional office with open collaboration. Noise levels ranging from low to moderate. If in plant environment, noise levels range from moderate to high.
