Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Operations to join our team at a full-service QSR. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Duties
-Must have 3 years of working as a Director of Operation or VP in Fast Food
-Salary $125K-135K
-Work from Home!!! Company Car!!!
-manage multiple Area Supervisors, like 6-7. Area Supervisors have 5-6 restaurants. So, Director will have about 40 restaurants under them.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff members in food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in scheduling and payroll tasks
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial targets
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary background or relevant certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
