Job Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a leading Level 1 hospital as part of their trauma team. This is a full time position. We will consider experience and new graduate providers.
Job/Candidate Criteria
- We will consider a new graduate nurse practitioner that did a clinical rotation in trauma or worked as a registered nurse in the ICU.
- ICU experience required.
- ATLS required
- 1st assist experience preferred.
- High volume of trauma.
- We offer 12 hour shifts and approximately 15 shifts per month.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as required.
- Administer basic life support and manage critical care situations.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in trauma medicine and ICU settings.
- Provide health coaching and support to patients, including those with developmental disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with ATLS certification standards and maintain RN licensure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
