Fantastic Construction opportunity with an established and growing Commercial Construction Company! We're looking for  Commercial Construction Assistant Project Managers in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time job with a great company looking for top talent to join a team of like-minded career professionals building an Industry Leading Commercial General Construction Company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring construction professional looking to advance their career in project management while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred plus a minimum of 2 years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
  • Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling, general contract, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications.
  • Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to thoroughly read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Essential Job Duties :

  • Assist in developing and implementing detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Help manage project workflows and maintain efficient communication across all stakeholders.
  • Monitor day-to-day project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or challenges.
  • Support the Project Manager in addressing and resolving conflicts, disputes, or unforeseen project changes.
  • Assist in enforcing quality control measures to ensure project standards are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Assist in the preparation of progress reports, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
  • Maintain accurate project records, logs, and communication to streamline workflows and ensure transparency.
  • Support estimating and bidding processes, helping to prepare project cost estimates when needed.

    • Required Skillset :

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of construction contracts, estimating, and bidding processes is a plus.

    • 75K - $95K Salary plus Bonus and Benefits.
