Essential Job Duties :
- Full-time position available for an experienced Safety Coordinator to oversee the safe execution of construction projects
- Provide Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) leadership and operational support to project teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulatory changes affecting ongoing projects and provide recommendations accordingly
- Implement EHS procedures, programs, and systems at the site level
- Conduct and manage health and safety training for site personnel
- Perform and manage Project Safety Audits to verify compliance with all relevant regulations
- Collaborate with project management to develop a knowledge base for site compliance
- Maintain computerized EHS reporting processes
- Facilitate incident investigations and assist in developing corrective actions
- Serve as a leader in promoting EHS culture change within the organization
- Participate in the Safety Committee to develop best practice reports for the company
- Work closely with local Environmental & OSHA agencies
Qualifications and Skillset :
75K - $110K Salary plus Bonus and Benefits.
