Fantastic Construction opportunities with an established and growing Commercial Construction Company in Dallas / Ft Worth, TX areas ! We're looking for Commercial Project Managers, Superintendents, EH&S Supervisor, Project Engineers, Asst Project Managers and Asst Superintendents to help with our upcoming new projects, growth and expansion. This is a full-time job with a great company looking for top talent to join a team of like-minded career professionals building an Industry Leading Commercial General Construction Company in Dallas / Ft Worth areas.
The Project Manager / Superintendent is responsible for supervising, scheduling, and coordinating all construction field activities. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget of the project. The Project Manager has supervisory responsibility for Field Engineers, Assistant Superintendents, Interns and trade labor in his / her area of responsibility. Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred plus a minimum of 5 years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
- Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling, general contract, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications.
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thoroughly read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
Essential Job Duties :
80K - $130K Salary plus Bonus and Benefits.
