Restaurant Assistant Manager candidates will have 2 years of Restaurant Management experience in Full service, Family Dining, or Casual Dining. History of Pride and Passion in delivering Memorable Food Service, while supporting General Manager in Developing and Leading teams and controlling Costs
You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all FOH and culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage FOH and kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields is REQUIRED
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
