Requirements:
- 8 years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and component development.
- Proficiency in Java development using OSGi, Sling models, and Apache Felix.
- Experience with designing scalable solutions using AEM Sites, Assets, and Workflows.
- Experience in building secure and optimized content delivery with Dispatcher.
- Experience integrating AEM with APIs, cloud platforms, and relational databases.
- Experience with cross-platform coordination including CRM, analytics, and commerce tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for team guidance and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable architecture for AEM-based digital platforms.
- Build reusable templates, components, and authoring tools within AEM to streamline content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and user-centric UX/UI solutions.
- Oversee the integration of third-party services and APIs within the AEM ecosystem.
- Perform performance tuning and ensure security compliance across development and staging,
- Mentor developers and guide vendor-led build efforts to ensure code quality and project alignment.
- Travel up to 10% as needed and tailor solutions to meet brand-specific user profiles and business needs.
