- Experience with UI/UX frameworks, journey mapping, and experience design techniques.
- Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of cloud-based technical solutions.
- Defining architecture and development roadmaps for digital platforms.
- Risk identification and mitigation within solution implementation.
- Collaborating with IT, product managers, and stakeholders for solution alignment.
- Creating detailed technical proposals, including data models and timelines.
- Documenting solutions, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with teams to ensure alignment on technology initiatives.
