Business Continuity Security Analyst

Requirements:

• 5 or more years in security risk assessments, managing large enterprise-level projects.
• Proficiency in NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2, GLBA, PCI DSS, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in leading complex security risk assessments across departments.
• Experience with GRC tools and software for assessment execution and reporting.
• Experience in implementing security best practices in regulatory compliance environments.
• Experience in managing risk treatment plans and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks to information assets through security policies and controls.
• Conduct business impact analyses to identify critical processes and dependencies.
• Act as the primary contact during security incidents and disruptions.
• Coordinate regular testing and updates of BCP and DR plans.
• Lead tabletop exercises and simulations to enhance preparedness.
• Design and deliver training programs to promote awareness of BCP and security practices.
