Business Process Analyst

• 5 plus years of experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience in process documentation and mapping tools.
• Experience in identifying and implementing automation solutions.
• Experience with data quality analysis and gap identification.
• Experience in change management and process adoption support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business processes aligned with organizational objectives.
• Document and optimize critical business processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance and productivity metrics.
• Identify and address inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in current processes.
• Utilize process improvement techniques to streamline operations.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives for improved efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams and ensure smooth process transitions.
