Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in Change Management.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet.
- Experience in implementing PPM tools.
- Experience with communication strategies for end-user adoption.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and feedback integration.
- Experience in planning and executing training rollouts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans to support end-users
- Collaborate with the project team to understand impact of changes
- Tailor messages and strategies to different audiences
- Track and measure communication efforts for effectiveness
- Manage training logistics, including invitations and materials
- Update documentation such as QRGs and other assets
- Engage stakeholders for bi-directional communication
