Controls Engineer

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in Industrial Automation/Controls Engineering.
• Proficiency in Allen-Bradley PLC programming (ControlLogix preferred).
• Experience in HMI design and programming (GE Fanuc Proficy iFix HMI or similar).
• Experience with control systems protocols, including analog, digital, and bus communications.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Critical Infrastructure, or Energy sectors.
• Bachelor s degree in engineering (Electrical, Controls, Mechanical, or Chemical).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design and support for controls systems projects.
• Proficiency in developing and managing PLC and HMI programming solutions.
• Experience in overseeing third-party vendors and integrators for control systems projects.
• Experience with defining and documenting control system specifications and test plans.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to control systems.
• Experience with creating detailed documentation for system installations and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor less experienced engineers in controls system design and implementation.
