Requirements:
- 10 or more years of experience as a Cyber Security Project Manager.
- Proficiency in web information systems, web application development, and DLP implementation.
- Experience in managing the implementation of complex vulnerability management applications.
- Experience with managing up to three staff augmentation contractors, including network security analysts and software developers.
- Experience in budget and timeline management using enterprise portfolio project management software.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with Health and Human Services and DSHS Security & IT Standards and DIR Project Management Framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex Cloud Cybersecurity project, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
- Oversee project resources, including up to three contractors, to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate with Managed Services vendors to guarantee timely and cost-effective project implementation.
- Use enterprise portfolio project management software to track project status, budget, and timeline.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Information Resources (DIR) Project Management Framework.
- Make independent decisions to resolve gaps in resources or processes.
- Communicate project progress and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.
