- Experience with EDI/API integration, onboarding, and transaction management.
- Experience in testing and quality assurance for EDI/API implementations.
- Experience in supply chain and logistics processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily EDI/API operations by diagnosing and resolving system issues.
- Troubleshooting integration errors and discrepancies.
- Leading EDI/API integration projects and partner onboarding.
- Testing and validating EDI/API updates for quality assurance.
- Documenting project status and enhancements for stakeholders.
- Working with HQ IT teams on system optimizations.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and vendors.
