Requirements:
- Must have 1 or more years of experience handling help desk calls and emails for technical support.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow for ticket creation and issue escalation.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues including printers, modems, and cabling.
- Experience with software installation, updates, and user account management.
- Experience with computer repairs, system upgrades, and resolving application issues.
- Experience assisting senior staff with technical tasks and running reports.
- Strong communication skills for providing clear instructions and support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user calls and emails regarding login issues, resets, and application support.
- Escalate technical issues to senior support staff via ServiceNow.
- Assist in installing software, updates, and performing system repairs.
- Document support activities and time spent on tasks in tracking systems.
- Maintain system performance by assisting in hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Support office operations by generating and distributing daily reports.
- Participate in team-based problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives.
