- Experience in handling call tracking and ticketing tools for incident management.
- Experience with Office 365 features like permissions, calendar sharing, and delegation.
- Experience in assisting non-technical users with hardware, software, and system issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve user-reported issues related to hardware, software, and systems via phone.
- Proficiency in escalating and tracking Remedy tickets to higher support tiers.
- Experience in diagnosing and coordinating hardware repair dispatches.
- Experience with password and account resets via Active Directory or RACF.
- Experience in maintaining and updating diagnostic references and documentation.
- Experience with guiding users through diagnostic steps using tools or verbal support.
- Strong focus on customer service and ability to work effectively in team environments.
