Job Details

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of experience as a IT Support/Help Desk Analyst.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical problems using established procedures.
  • Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 software and hardware support.
  • Experience in analyzing faults and symptoms to restore routine technical services.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and developing checklists for common issues.
  • Proficiency in maintaining knowledge and call tracking databases for problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and restore technical services by diagnosing faults and symptoms.
  • Perform root cause analysis and create solutions for recurring problems.
  • Develop and recommend procedures to prevent technical issues.
  • Maintain knowledge base and call tracking systems to improve resolution quality.
  • Work collaboratively in a team, sharing insights and assisting with calls.
  • Offer guidance and informal training to customers on hardware and software usage.
