Job Details

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience as a Customer Service Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and operating systems in a networked environment.
  • Experience in Windows OS installation, configuration, and support.
  • Experience with Audio/Visual (AV) systems and Video Conferencing (VC) support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in hardware support, including networked devices and personal computer systems.
  • Experience in leading teams and supervising staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and motivate employees, ensuring proper work completion and evaluating their performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems and software.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for specialized software applications.
  • Support networked hardware devices, including printers and mobile devices.
  • Handle advanced troubleshooting for complex IT-related issues.
  • Manage Service Desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and support.
  • Coordinate AV and VC system setups and troubleshoot related issues.
