Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience as an IAM Analyst
- Proficiency in scripting or development with JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts like SSO, MFA, RBAC, identity federation, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with cloud computing, web services, and APIs (XML, REST, SCIM).
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with directory platforms and enterprise authentication services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity aggregation, credential provisioning, and authentication.
- Proactively support IAM system enhancements to align with business needs and address technical barriers.
- Coordinate with teams to prioritize tasks and facilitate IAM solutions' development and deployment.
- Develop, test, and deploy IAM solutions, including integrations and end-user services.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, and document IAM solution designs.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective IAM implementation and support.
