Job Details
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in IAM design, engineering, and platform administration.
- Proficiency in Okta, Auth0, and Microsoft Entra ID for identity management and SSO.
- Experience in Zero Trust architecture, identity governance, and adaptive authentication models.
- Experience with OAuth/OIDC, MFA, RBAC, SAML, and passwordless authentication.
- Experience in scripting with Okta EL, PowerShell, and JavaScript (Node.js preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional engineering efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee full lifecycle management of IAM platforms, including implementation and upgrades.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining APIs for secure identity and access services.
- Experience with platform automation, scripting, and deployment within hybrid cloud setups.
- Experience in leading IAM integrations for hundreds of applications and services.
- Experience in enforcing security and compliance using GRC frameworks and audits.
- Experience with mentoring team members, providing standards for scalable IAM solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide platform documentation and vendor coordination.
