Job Details
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience managing IT projects, including web application development.
- Proficiency in PMP-certified project management and large-scale vendor-based system implementations.
- Experience in managing cloud-based electronic file and pay system implementations.
- Experience with integrating waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with enterprise and public communication, training, and change management strategies.
- Experience with JIRA/Bitbucket is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the e-File & Pay project across the enterprise.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resource allocation to meet key milestones.
- Direct and monitor project execution, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendors and internal IT staff.
- Plan and execute stakeholder communication and organizational change strategies.
- Implement and manage risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance with Florida IT Project Management Standards.
