- Coordinating resources and acquiring personnel from other departments.
- Managing dependencies, risks, and identifying potential project crisis.
- Plan and track project milestones using relevant tools, ensuring on-time deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
