Requirements:
- 3 or more years managing IT projects across full lifecycle in Agile and traditional methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery tools, Agile boards, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Experience with risk, issue, and budget management for technology initiatives.
- Experience in vendor coordination and managing external project deliverables.
- Experience with business case development, scope definition, and requirements gathering.
- Strong communication skills for facilitating meetings, reporting progress, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for IT solutions in Agile and traditional models.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Drive requirements gathering, testing processes, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Track and report key performance metrics, budget expenditures, and risks.
- Manage RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) logs to mitigate project obstacles.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, finance, vendors, and leadership.
- Conduct meetings with teams, vendors, and steering committees to ensure alignment.
