Requirements:
- 5 o more years of experience with Jama Software.
- Proficiency in integrating Jama with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience with migrating data from DOORS to Jama.
- Experience with creating custom reports and dashboards in Jama.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing compliance (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA).
- Experience in regulatory and compliance systems for the medical device industry.
- Experience in working with stakeholders involved in QMS systems.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Jama Software within the organization.
- Configure Jama to meet specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Lead the migration process from DOORS to Jama, ensuring seamless data transfer.
- Design and develop custom Jama reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain QMS system integration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (ISO, IEC, FDA).
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Jama usage and best practices.
