Requirements:
- Must have 3 or more years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development.
- Must have good proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Azure Functions.
- Experience in CRM configurations, plug-ins, workflows, and dashboards.
- Experience with Azure services like Data Factory, Key Vault, and Storage.
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems using Azure APIM and middleware.
- Experience working in Agile environments with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving and self-starting mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflows and plug-ins.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external platforms using Azure APIM and middleware.
- Configure and support CRM portal pages and Power Pages for user interaction.
- Utilize Azure services such as Functions, Data Factory, and Key Vault for CRM enhancements.
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless CRM connectivity with core systems.
- Actively contribute to Agile development cycles using JIRA and Confluence.
