Job Details
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience, with supporting CC&B or similar systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Oracle, ODI Technology (Oracle Data Integrator), and OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition)
- Experience in integration with CC&B or similar Customer Information and Billing Systems
- Experience with Web services, Rest API, and SaaS technologies
- Experience with Mobile Workforce Management system integration
- Experience in Electric Utility industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure CC&B functionality and integration supports AMI enhancements
- Proficiency in integration design and review for AMI-related head-end systems
- Experience in collaborating with CX department for improved application functionality
- Experience in coordinating integrations across systems with CC&B
- Experience in aligning business processes with integrated systems like OMS, GIS, etc.
- Validate user interface functionality of CC&B for optimal AMI benefits
- Perform assigned duties, including storm restoration and drills as required
