Project Manager - onsite interview

Requirements:

• 5 plus years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Experience in conflict management and issue resolution.
• Experience in aligning cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in reporting and project status tracking to leadership.
• Experience with regulatory and operational compliance in project oversight.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and milestone achievement.
• Proactively report project progress and escalations to leadership.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project flow.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project execution alignment.
• Maintain structured project management practices and oversight.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and operational goals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate key project meetings and communicate progress effectively.
