- Strong communication skills to advocate for data management standards across the enterprise.

- Proficiency in designing and validating data models, data flows, and documentation.
- Lead data architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Lead associates in interpreting raw data and converting it into actionable insights.
- Support teams in requirements development, research, and data verification.
