- Experience with user interface (UI) design and enhancing user experience (UX).
- Experience in ensuring compliance with federal and state data sharing standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Determine technical requirements for system enhancements.
- Develop and execute testing plans to ensure system functionality and compliance.
- Provide timely support for system bugs and outages.
- Manage deployments and implement software and interface updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve system features.
- Ensure the system meets federal and state data sharing standards.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with team members and stakeholders.
