Technology Delivery Project Manager

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in technology project management and delivery.
• Proficiency in managing workplace technology deployments and upgrades.
• Experience with hardware installations, including meeting room technologies and peripherals.
• Experience in coordinating infrastructure and O365 technology implementations.
• Experience managing projects in global environments with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in financial tracking and reporting for technology initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technology delivery projects focused on enhancing workplace experiences.
• Build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Coordinate technical teams and external vendors for successful project execution.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
• Provide regular project status updates and comprehensive performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to technology standards and deployment process guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and strategic planning.
