Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 plus years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune deployment.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 and Server 2012/2016).
- Experience in software packaging tools and managing medium to large environments.
- Experience in Windows management systems and patch management technologies.
- Experience with Citrix administration and infrastructure technologies (optional).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating System Deployment (OSD) and User State Migration Tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of automated application installation packages and document processes.
- Proficiency in packaging and task sequencing for OS deployment.
- Organize and coordinate software, hardware, and network installation, deployment, and repairs.
- Lead application publishing, delivery, and deployment reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with management, clients, and teams for issue resolution and project success.
