What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at REspace?
We are small Real Estate company (10 -15 people) looking for an excellent Receptionist to help maintain our office open, running smoothly and ensure communication is promptly attended. You will also be assigned administrative task/projects to handle on day to day basis. It is important to be efficient and initiative.
As a Front Desk Receptionist you will be held responsible for the following items:
- Ensure office is tidy and has all necessary stationary and material
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive Letter, packages etc. and distribute them
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Ensure time and accurate customer service
- Help with administrative duties or other duties as assigned
The Requirement skills we are looking for:
- Proven experience as front desk or relevant position
- Knowledge of handling customer complaints, request
- Excellent knowledge in MS office, Google Excel and OneDrive
- Organizational skill
- Problem Solving
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Quick Learner
- Optional - Real Estate Knowledge would be great but not necessary.
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 9am to 5pm. Federal Holiday observed.
This job does start as a W9 during training and after you have the option to continue as W9 or change to W2. Pay is based on experience/knowledge.
No Benefits since we are a small company.
