We seek a team-oriented candidate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a strong desire to continue learning. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of progressive mechanical or process engineering experience including design experience using 3D modeling and analysis tools. Experience in water, gas or mineral processing is a plus. This position will be part of our Mechanical/Process Design team in our Morgantown office and will support all of our client market sectors.
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.

Job Description

- Education – graduation from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Inventor, and other mechanical design tools.
- FE / Engineer-in-Training certificate is preferred.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to take on new tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Detail oriented andwell organized with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal andwritten communication skills.
- Desire to learn and advance in technical skills and understanding.
