Job Description
We seek a team-oriented candidate with a degree in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate will add expertise to the Civil Sector projects but may support projects in other EARTHRES markets as well.
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.

Job Description
- Be involved in all phases of project success including scoping, planning, and completing a wide range of civil projects.
- Grow your depth of knowledge and expertise. Our work is very diverse and includes many types of facilities and operations. Land development and facility design for landfills, industrial facilities, spring water, mining, and natural gas facilities are among our most typical engagements.

- Education –graduation from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering is required.
- Knowledge and ability to perform site inspections is required.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
- Skills and Abilities – desire to learn; ability to work independently and with client representatives and/or contractors; critical thinking ability and attention to detail; good communication skills and ability to represent EARTHRES in a professional manner; willingness to work occasional weekends and off-hours when needed.
- Experience – 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering including land development, site work design, stormwater management and hydraulics, grading, and roadway design.
