We seek a team-oriented candidate with significant knowledge and experience in mining projects combined with an education in Mining, Civil or related Engineering field.The ideal candidate will add expertise to the Mining Sector projects but may support projects in other EARTHRES markets as well.

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.

Job Description
- Be involved in all phases of project success including scoping, planning, and completing a wide range of mining projects.
- Grow your depth of knowledge and expertise. Our work is very diverse and includes many types of facilities and operations. You will work primarily within our Mining sector but will support all other areas of our business such as landfills, recycling and reuse, waste processing, wastewater treatment, and renewable natural gas facilities with mining/civil engineering related project management. We will help you to stay at the forefront of all modern mining technologies.
