Job Description
The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will be involved with all forms of planning, design, and specialty services related to the stormwater and water resources engineering field. Projects often involve hydrology, hydraulics, floodplain analyses, detention / water quality BMP design, stream restoration, bridge scour, trail design, stormwater management plans, MS4 compliance, and water rights.
Qualifications
Candidates must have the following :
- A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the stormwater engineer field that includes project management responsibilities
- A registered professional engineer license in Colorado and have experience in providing engineering services in the state

Additional Information
Compensation : Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $110,000 to $170,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
