**Job Description:**
The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works closely with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and services. Responsibilities include assisting patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting independence.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting changes in patient condition, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification are required for this position. You must also be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors.
