In this role, you’ll work closely with Senior Client Success Managers to support a portfolio of clients, assisting with everything from troubleshooting issues to providing data-driven insights. You’ll be the first line of support, helping clients navigate our platform and ensuring they see real value from our solutions. Hybrid Role: Candidates must be within commuting distance to Boulder, CO and excited to come in two days per week with the team.
Day in the Life
- Be the go-to resource for client support, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and platform navigation.
- Work alongside Senior Client Success Managers to ensure clients receive top-tier service and engagement.
- Assist in onboarding and training new clients, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Provide client reporting and insights to showcase the value of our platform.
- Monitor client engagement and usage, identifying areas where they may need additional support or guidance.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed
Here's what you need to get our attention
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Communication, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in client support, customer success, or account coordination in a SaaS, digital marketing, or social media-related company.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation DOE: $45,000-$60,000 plus equity
