As the Respondology SaaS Client Success Manager, you are our client’s ultimate partner as you ensure our client’s needs are represented in every aspect of our company operations. As our client’s ultimate partner, you will work closely with our sales, product, and operations teams to maximize the value of Respondology’s platform for our clients each day.

By mastering our Software as a Service platform you are responsible for onboarding and training new clients, managing all account related communication and meetings, partnering with our operations group to ensure the clients specific moderation requirements are met, and growing the relationships to maximize our revenue per client. You are a positive problem solver who thrives in a team-oriented, kinetic startup environment. You’re all about collaboration and finding a way to advocate for what is best for our clients.

Respondology is a Comment Activation Platform that instantly removes spam, bots, and brand-damaging comments while surfacing what audiences are talking about in 30-seconds or less at any scale for the world’s most well-known brands. This helps protect brands and communities on social media and gives marketers insights they need to improve their strategies using data directly from their comment sections.. Hybrid Role: We are prioritizing candidates within commuting distance to Boulder, CO with the ability to come in two days per week with the team.

Day in the Life

  • Support the VP of Growth and Director of Client Success with the day-to-day operations and communications for Respondology projects, effectively communicating with clients and our team.
  • Support our US as well as UK clients and team.
  • Provide training and resources to help clients effectively use our SaaS solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide client reporting to showcase value of our product
  • Monitor client usage and engagement with our platform, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Here's what you need to get our attention

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Communication or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience in account management or client success in a Software as a Service Company, bonus points for digital marketing and/or social media account management experience.
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%)

Compensation DOE: $60,000-$75,000 plus equity
