Job Summary:
This is a full-time position within RC responsible for providing professional assistance to administrative and clinical team members. This position would be accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure the highest quality client care.
- Supervise all administrative support team members.
- Ability to perform daily accounting duties.
- Supervise the orientation/onboarding and training of new administrative support team members and onboarding for new clinicians.
- Primary contact for EHR team.
- Oversight of external contracts and billing for those services.
- Complete weekly/monthly reports for the Leadership Team.
- Ability to efficiently use the Microsoft software suite for financial accountability, to include running and analyzing key management reports.
- Cover reception desk as needed. This includes answering phones and setting patient appointments.
- Conduct daily team huddle.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Multi-year experience working in and with EMR/EHR's.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and accounts receivable.
- Knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher education.
- 3 years experience managing a practice.
- Medical/Healthcare office experience required.
- Payor/Insurance billing experience required.
