Requirements
- Insurance license preferred but not required; willingness to obtain one is a must.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, such as auto and home insurance, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.
