Your Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Manager/Paralegal to join our legal team to support RESRG Automotive, a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in drafting and negotiation of contracts and maintaining corporate records and assisting in other legal services for the company. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to the success of a leading automotive Tier 1 company.
What you Will do in Your Role
- Assist the business team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, and service contracts. Creating and implementing tools and forms to support the business in efficient and effective contract management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts advance and align with company objectives and risk tolerance.
- Maintain and update corporate records, including drafting minutes, resolutions, treasury, banking and other essential documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and assist in the preparation of board and shareholder meetings.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely and accurate completion of filings, including manage the apostille process for international documents.
- Conduct occasional legal research on various topics as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree. (Paralegal, legal studies, or a related field a plus.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and contract law.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong organizational time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with research tools a plus.
