Are you a detail-oriented, creative, and forward-thinking wedding coordinator with a passion for executing memorable events? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and help bring to life a stunning wedding at the National Palace of Queluz on August 3, 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and smooth execution of all wedding-day services.
  • Act as the main point of contact on the ground for the wedding day and related events.
  • Assist with day-of logistics, including guest accommodation, vendor direction, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee and execute welcome events, design details, and decor set-up.
  • Provide creative, out-of-the-box solutions for any challenges that arise.
  • Maintain an organized timeline and ensure all aspects of the event are on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience coordinating weddings or high-profile events.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and guests.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Availability to be in Lisbon during the event week and commit to pre-event planning.
