SUMMARY: The Clear Bra Technician is primarily responsible for applying Clear Bra and the instillation of accessories in vehicles for the dealership and customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- The full instillation of the Clear Bra application.
- Operate the Design Access Program (DAP) to print pattern for different make and models of Vehicles.
- Communicate with sales staff in both dealerships for appointments to install Clear Bra and other accessories ordered by customer.
- Installation of accessories and logos in new vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace.
- Ensure supplies are laundered as necessary.
- Operate all equipment and handle chemicals in a safe manner, making sure all chemical bottles are marked appropriately.
