- Reach Out with Purpose – Call, text, and email Toyota customers who are due—or overdue—for service and maintenance.
- Keep It Friendly & Focused – Use a warm, helpful tone to remind customers about the importance of vehicle care and help them schedule their next service appointment.
- Stay Organized & On It – Track outreach, follow-ups, and appointment bookings using our dealership CRM.
- Work the Service Cycle – From oil changes to major maintenance milestones, you’ll keep our Toyota drivers on schedule and on the road.
- Be a Customer Hero – Provide timely answers, helpful suggestions, and a positive experience that keeps guests coming back to Toyota of Bozeman.

Requirements
? Follow procedures and policies set forth by management, the Employee Handbook and the Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Policy.
? Keep a neat and orderly workstation.
? Be willing to perform necessary tasks outside of normally assigned duties and responsibilities to help the BDC Managers operate the Business Development Center productively and efficiently.
? Follow Ressler Motor Company’s Philosophy, Values and Mission Statement.
? Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
? Follow all safety and health procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
? Any other duties as assigned by management
